NO Refunds, Exchange only, these exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt and are subject to approval. Materials must be in new, unaltered condition. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
SPECIAL ORDER RETURN POLICY:
NO Refunds or exchanges on custom items unless defective. Defective materials must be returned for exchange within 10 DAYS of purchase.

Each Standard Old Style Buck Fence order will have a set up charge.

The following is included per section:
2 ea 5” x 5’ posts with notches (Not drilled for bolts)
1 ea 2” or 3" x 48” bottom brace either round log or half log, or optional 4" wide barky slab, based on availability.
3 ea 3” x 12’+ rails
Cost is calculated on bucks at 11 foot centers.
and
Optional: 1 ea 3” x 12'+ diagonal stablizing rail for every 5th section.
When ordering unassembled, the posts are notched but NOTDRILLED for bolts or bolted together. Hardware is not included.
There is an additional cost per buck for machine peeling, treating and/or assembly, timberlok screws, bolts and nuts.
It is manufactured on our premises and we can customize.

Mostly Colorado native woods are processed here; mainly Lodgepole Pine, sometimes Ponderosa Pine, Aspen and other species are processed when logs are available. Our materials are both varied sap content and dead beetle blue stain. These are natural products. The checks and cracks found in wooden logs, posts, timbers and lumber are due to shrinkage as wood dries and occur along the grain. Checks and cracks are a natural characteristic in materials and are in fact unavoidable. They can appear at any time and can be very small or very noticeable. Materials cannot be purchased with warranty against cracking.
Our stock varies according to the tree sizes coming into our yard; however, we can take orders and make them as the raw material become available. We will give you a time estimate to process an order; however, that time estimate is always affected by raw material supply and treatment schedule.

Our HOURS are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. Closed weekends.
